After suffering a thumb injury that required surgery in week 1, Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott expects to return this Sunday at home against the Detroit Lions. Dallas will gladly welcome back its starting QB as it tries to keep pace in the NFC East with the 6-0 Eagles and 5-1 Giants. While getting Prescott back is a boon for the Cowboys, their best player plays on defense, linebacker Micah Parsons, has been a one-man wrecking crew and will have his sights set on getting to Lions quarterback Jared Goff, a man not known for his mobility. Murder and mystery are a thrilling combination in Glass Onion, the follow-up to 2019’s Knives Out. But before you put on your crime-solving hat — or perhaps a snazzy Daniel Craig-inspired neckerchief — you’ll need to know when you can tune in.

Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery will land in movie theaters on Nov. 23, a full month before it hits Netflix in late December. Also, and this is a key detail, you’ll have just seven days to catch one of those theater screenings. Miss those and it seems you’ll have to endure the blackout period before the movie arrives on the streaming service.

Rian Johnson wrote and directed the sequel, which has a cast that includes Edward Norton, Janelle Monáe, Kathryn Hahn, Leslie Odom Jr., Jessica Henwick, Madelyn Cline, Kate Hudson and Dave Bautista.

Craig is reprising his role as razor-sharp detective Benoit Blanc.

What is Glass Onion about?

Why is it called Glass Onion?

It’s been a rough year for cryptocurrency, and things are not looking any better after over half a billion dollars of cryptocurrency tokens were stolen from crypto giant Binance on Thursday night.

The exploit hit the Binance Bridge, a cross-chain bridge that allows for the transfer of tokens between two related blockchains operated by the Binance cryptocurrency exchange, and collectively known as BNB Chain. According to well-known smart contract analyst samczsunthe attacker was able to forge transactions that allowed them to withdraw two million BNB tokens from the bridge, worth roughly $570 million.

Funds estimated at around $87 million were removed from the BNB ecosystem entirely; but the remaining funds could not be transferred immediately because BNB Chain took the drastic step of halting the blockchain entirelymeaning no transactions whatsoever could be processed.

“An exploit on a cross-chain bridge, BSC Token Hub, in extra BNB,” Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao said in a tweet posted soon after the attack. “We have asked all validators to temporarily suspend BSC [Binance Smart Chain].”

A tweet from the BNB Chain account said that the blockchain was running again as of the early hours of Friday morning. in an “ecosystem updates,” the BNB Chain team apologized for the exploit, and said that the project would hold a series of on-chain governance votes to determine whether to freeze the hacked funds, and if a bounty should be offered for catching the hackers responsible.
